Goldeneye CARE Rescue Balm is an anti-bacterial lip balm that can be applied to fresh permanent make-up on lips to sooth the area and reduce feelings of skin tension. Can also be used as daily lip care for dry and chapped lips.
CARE Rescue Balm from Goldeneye contains a high content of propolis, which acts as an anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal agent. Also features Panthenol to aid natural skin regeneration.
We recommend using CARE Rescue Balm after applying Goldeneye SEAL Pigment Plast.
